We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because Preset Base sells digital products (Lightroom presets and related files), the policy below balances customer satisfaction with the realities of instantly-delivered digital goods.

14-day satisfaction guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason — no need to justify your decision. To qualify, the only requirement is that you have not redistributed, shared, or attempted to resell the preset files.

Technical issues

If you encounter a technical problem with a product (corrupt files, install failure, missing assets), please contact us first — we will replace the files at no cost. If we cannot resolve the issue, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the 14-day window.

Compatibility

Please verify your Lightroom version before purchase. We officially support:

  • Lightroom Classic 7.3 or newer
  • Lightroom CC (Cloud) 1.4 or newer
  • Lightroom Mobile (free + premium) on iOS and Android

We cannot offer refunds for incompatibility with unsupported software (Photoshop alone, third-party RAW editors, or modified Lightroom versions).

How to request a refund

Please use our contact form with your order number and a brief note. Refunds typically process within 3–7 business days back to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

If you have any concern with a charge, please reach out to us first — we resolve almost every issue within 24 hours. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us bypasses our refund process and forces a longer dispute resolution through your card issuer.
