By using preset-base.shop (“the Site”) and purchasing any digital product, you agree to these Terms.

1. License granted

When you purchase a preset pack, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to:

  • Install and use the presets on your personal devices (up to 2 computers + unlimited mobile devices owned by you)
  • Apply the presets to your own photographs, including paid commercial client work
  • Sell or publish photos edited with the presets

2. License restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the preset files themselves
  • Include the presets in another commercial product or bundle
  • Train AI/ML models on the presets or files
  • Remove embedded watermarks or attribution from preview material
  • Reverse-engineer the editing recipe to create derivative preset packs

3. Intellectual property

All preset files, photo previews, and documentation remain the property of the original photographer and Preset Base. Purchase does NOT transfer copyright.

4. Account and purchases

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information
  • Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice
  • We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (with full refund)

5. Limitation of liability

Preset Base provides files “as is”. We are not liable for data loss, catalog corruption, or business losses resulting from preset use. Always back up your Lightroom catalog before importing new presets.
